Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 piece fresh turmeric about 1in piece
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 to taste honey

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients into small sauce pan
  • Micro grade or finely chop fresh turmeric add to mix
  • Bring to a boil, then turn off heat
  • Drink warm preferably before bed
